Axiom Trade support: official channels, outages and account help

Short answer

Official Axiom Trade support runs through tickets in Axiom's Discord (discord.gg/axiomtrade). The contact page on axiom.trade also lists the email support@axiom.trading for privacy and founder contact, and announcements come from @AxiomExchange on X. Staff never DM first. There is no official status page and no self-serve account deletion flow in the documentation.

Axiom Trade support is narrower than many traders expect: one ticket system, one contact page and a public X account. That simplicity is useful, because it makes impostors easy to spot. This page lists the official channels, shows how to check whether Axiom is down, walks through fixes for failed transactions, and explains what is and is not possible when you want to close an account. We are an independent guide and cannot access your account or act for Axiom.

How do you contact Axiom Trade support?

You contact Axiom Trade support by opening a ticket in the official Discord server. Axiom's support documentation describes the route as: join discord.gg/axiomtrade, complete the verification step, then use the tickets channel. Axiom's docs present tickets as the only support route, which is why any other "help desk" you come across deserves suspicion.

  1. Reach Discord from the official site. Follow the Discord link on axiom.trade or in the support page of the docs, not an invite someone sent you.
  2. Verify and open a ticket. Find the tickets channel and create a ticket.
  3. Describe the problem with public details only. Include the chain, the token, the approximate time and the transaction signature if there is one. A wallet address is fine.
  4. Never share secrets. No seed phrase, private key, email login code or screen-share of your wallet. Real staff do not need them.

Official Axiom support channels at a glance

These are the only channels that appear in Axiom's own site and documentation.

The email address uses the domain axiom.trading. That is an email domain only: no official website was confirmed on it, so do not log in or connect a wallet on any site at that address. Searches for "Axiom Pro support" lead to the same channels, because Axiom Pro is just another name for the same platform, as our Axiom Pro explainer shows.

Staff never DM first: how support scams work

Axiom's support docs state that staff will never send you the first direct message, and they advise disabling DMs from server members. Anyone who messages you after you post a problem is an impersonator, however official the name, avatar and role badge look.

The script is predictable. You mention an issue in a public channel or on X. Within minutes a "support agent" offers help and sends a link to a "verification", "wallet sync" or "ticket" site. The site asks you to connect your wallet or type a seed phrase, and the wallet is emptied.

Watch out. The only official Axiom site is axiom.trade. Look-alike domains such as auth-axiom.trade have been flagged as phishing. No real support process asks for a seed phrase, a private key or an email login code. More checks are in our safe login guide.

The same applies after a loss. "Fund recovery" services that contact you are a follow-up scam aimed at people who have just been robbed.

Is Axiom Trade down? How to check

There is no official Axiom status page that we could find, so the fastest reliable check is Axiom's own announcements. Look at the latest posts from @AxiomExchange on X and the announcements channel in the official Discord.

Be careful with third-party uptime sites. StatusGator and IsDown both have pages titled "Axiom", but they track axiom.co, a logging and data company with no connection to Axiom Trade. An outage shown there tells you nothing about axiom.trade.

When you cannot tell whether the problem is Axiom or you, narrow it down:

  • Try a second browser or device. If the site loads there, the cause is local: an extension, cached data or a content blocker.
  • Try a different network. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
  • Separate the site from the chain. If pages load but trades fail, the blockchain may be congested. That is a network condition, not an Axiom outage.
  • Look at which chain is affected. Axiom spans Solana, several EVM chains and Hyperliquid for perps. A problem on one usually leaves the others working.

Remember that your funds sit in a non-custodial wallet. If Axiom's website were unavailable for a long time, the seed phrase you backed up at signup would still open the wallet in another wallet app.

How to fix failed transactions on Axiom

Most failed transactions come from three settings: slippage, priority fee and the MEV mode, plus general network congestion. A failed swap normally leaves your tokens where they were, though a small network fee can still be charged.

  • Slippage too low. If the price moves further than your slippage allows before the trade lands, the trade fails by design. Raising slippage makes fills more likely but lets you receive a worse price. Axiom's docs say only to adjust slippage to volatility.
  • Priority fee or bribe too low. Axiom's defaults on Solana are a 0.001 SOL priority fee and a 0.001 SOL bribe (validator tip). In busy periods, low values can leave a transaction behind others. Axiom auto-suggests values, and its Katana Mode sets fees predictively at no extra cost according to the changelog.
  • MEV mode. The docs recommend Secure mode, which sends through whitelisted validators, and note it may be slower. That is a trade-off between protection and speed, explained on our MEV protection page.
  • Network or RPC congestion. When a chain is overloaded, transactions drop regardless of settings. Waiting a few minutes is often the fix.
  • Not enough native token. You need a little SOL, or the native gas token of the chain you are on, left over to pay fees. Selling fails if the balance is at zero.

Before retrying, check your holdings so you do not buy twice. Presets let you save different combinations for calm and busy markets, and the Axiom settings guide explains each field. If a transaction shows as confirmed on a block explorer but the balance in Axiom looks wrong, take the transaction signature to a support ticket.

How to delete an Axiom Trade account

There is no documented self-serve way to delete an Axiom Trade account. The documented route is a privacy request: Axiom's Privacy Policy grants data-rights requests through support@axiom.trading, and identity verification may apply. We could not verify how long a request takes or exactly what is erased.

Do the following before you send that email, in this order:

  1. Export your seed phrase. The signup docs say it is accessible at any time in your settings. Write it down offline.
  2. Close positions and cancel orders. Include open limit orders, perps positions and any staked or yield balances.
  3. Move your funds. Send assets to a wallet you control outside Axiom and confirm they arrived.
  4. Send the privacy request. Email from the address linked to your account and state clearly that you want your account data deleted.

Two limits are worth understanding. First, an on-chain wallet cannot be deleted by anyone. It exists on the blockchain permanently; you can only empty it and stop using it. Second, Axiom's Terms say it does not store copies of keys, so if you delete access without a seed phrase backup, no one can restore the wallet.

What Axiom support cannot do

Support can investigate platform errors, display problems and account questions. It cannot reverse a blockchain transaction, recover a lost seed phrase, or return funds taken through phishing or a malicious extension. The Terms also cap Axiom's liability at $100, which is worth knowing before you hold a large balance on any trading terminal.

If your loss followed a browser add-on install, the recovery steps on our Axiom extension warning page apply. For a wider look at the platform's track record, including the February 2026 staff-access incident, see our Axiom Trade review.

Questions people ask

How do I contact Axiom Trade support?

Join the official Discord at discord.gg/axiomtrade, complete verification and open a ticket in the tickets channel. Axiom's documentation describes this as the support route. The contact page on axiom.trade additionally lists an email, support@axiom.trading, for privacy requests and founder contact. Axiom staff never start a conversation by DM.

Is Axiom Trade down right now?

We cannot show live status, and we found no official Axiom status page. Check the latest posts from @AxiomExchange on X and the announcements channel in the official Discord. Do not rely on StatusGator or IsDown pages titled "Axiom": they track axiom.co, a logging company unrelated to Axiom Trade.

How do I delete my Axiom Trade account?

No self-serve deletion option is documented. Axiom's Privacy Policy allows data-rights requests by email to support@axiom.trading, and identity verification may apply. Before you ask, export your seed phrase and move your funds to a wallet you control, because Axiom cannot recover keys. The on-chain wallet itself cannot be deleted; it can only be emptied.

Is there a separate Axiom Pro support team?

No. "Axiom Pro" is a nickname for the same platform, so Axiom Pro support is the same Discord ticket system and the same contact page on axiom.trade. Any site, phone number or Telegram account advertising dedicated Axiom Pro support is not official.

Can Axiom support recover my seed phrase or stolen funds?

No. Axiom's Terms state that it does not store copies of your keys and does not custody your tokens, so support cannot restore a lost seed phrase. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, so support cannot pull funds back from a thief either. Anyone promising recovery for a fee is running a second scam.

Does Axiom Trade have a support phone number or live chat?

None is listed in Axiom's documentation or on its contact page. The documented support route is a Discord ticket. Phone numbers, WhatsApp contacts and Telegram "agents" that appear in search results or social replies are not official Axiom channels.
