Axiom Trade not working: fixes by symptom, and how to tell if Axiom is down

Searches for "Axiom Trade not working" cover three different faults: your browser, the blockchain, or Axiom itself, and the fix differs for each. This guide is organised by symptom, in the words people search for. One honesty note: Axiom publishes no troubleshooting page or error-code list, and most searched message strings could not be confirmed as official Axiom wording. Is Axiom Trade down right now?

We cannot show live status, and there is no official Axiom status page. The fastest reliable check is the latest posts from @AxiomExchange on X and the announcements channel in the official Discord; in the one documented outage, described below, Axiom's admins posted in Discord first.

Ignore third-party uptime sites. StatusGator and IsDown both have pages titled "Axiom", but they track axiom.co, a logging company. The Axiom Trade Discord shows which accounts to trust for outage news.

Axiom Trade not loading or stuck on a blank screen

Before changing any setting, find out whether the problem is local by opening axiom.trade on a second device or network. If it loads there, the cause is in your browser; if it loads nowhere, suspect Axiom or your connection.

When the fault is local, work through these in order, testing after each:

1. Hard refresh. Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac reloads without the cached copy.
2. Clear site data for axiom.trade only. You will log in again by email code, Google or Phantom; the seed phrase is never needed for this.
3. Try a browser profile with no extensions. Content blockers can break a trading interface, and the Socket report of 9 September 2026 documents extensions that stole Axiom session data.
4. On a phone, use the browser itself. Axiom is a web app with no official mobile app, so a home-screen shortcut is only a bookmark.

Axiom Trade 404 error

We found no Axiom-specific 404 complaint; a 404 means the address does not exist. Check that the domain is exactly axiom.trade and retype it rather than following a link. Look-alike domains such as auth-axiom.trade have been flagged as phishing; the Axiom Trade sign up guide has the address checklist.

Axiom Trade network error, connection unstable or error getting user data

None of these three could be confirmed as official Axiom UI strings. Treat them as "the app could not reach its servers or your account". If a message persists across two devices, open a Discord ticket with the time and chain, and install nothing.

"Network error" or "connection unstable"

If you see a message like this, start with the connection: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If you route through a VPN, note that Axiom's Terms forbid using one to get around restrictions, and a VPN exit can itself make a connection unstable. Then log out, clear site data and log back in. If only Axiom is affected, check the announcements and wait rather than retrying trades.

"Error getting user data"

If you see a message like this, the page has loaded but cannot fetch your account. Log out and back in, clear site data and try a second browser. A real fix never involves your seed phrase, a screen share or a "wallet sync" site.

Axiom Trade lagging, slow fills or failed trades

Lag and failed trades usually come from the blockchain, not the website. A failed swap normally leaves your tokens where they were, though a small network fee can still be charged, so check your holdings before retrying to avoid buying twice.

• Raise the priority fee or bribe. Axiom's Solana defaults are 0.001 SOL for each, which can leave a transaction behind others in busy periods. Katana Mode sets fees predictively at no extra cost, per the changelog.
• Loosen slippage within reason. If the price moves further than your slippage allows, the trade fails by design. The docs say only to adjust slippage to volatility; the 15 to 30 percent figures quoted for new pairs are community opinion. Higher slippage accepts a worse price, so raise it in steps.
• Switch MEV mode. The docs recommend Secure mode and note it may be slower because it waits for whitelisted validators. Reduced mode routes through Jito and is faster, with the risk explained on our Axiom MEV protection page.
• Wait out congestion. When a chain is overloaded, transactions drop regardless of settings. A few minutes often fixes what no setting will.
• Keep native token for fees. Every trade pays a network fee in SOL, ETH or BNB; a wallet with zero native balance cannot sell.

Unsupported pool on Axiom Trade

"Unsupported pool" is a genuine user complaint with no documented cause. A trader asked publicly on X on 31 August 2025 how to fix it, but neither Axiom's docs nor any readable community post explains it. The safe reading is that the token's liquidity pool type is not routed by Axiom at that moment. The docs name only pump.fun, Raydium and, for limit orders, Meteora and Believe.

Check on a block explorer which pool the token trades in, and try again later. If you need to exit now, your wallet is yours: import the seed phrase you backed up into Phantom or Solflare, following the Axiom seed phrase guide, and sell on the DEX or launchpad directly, the workaround traders used in the August 2025 outage. Then open a Discord ticket with the token address. Be wary of "fix unsupported pool" videos that end with installing an extension or connecting your wallet elsewhere.

Axiom Trade filters not working on Pulse

Pulse filters most often look broken when an exclusion filter is doing its job, an explanation from a guide site rather than Axiom. The docs list more than a dozen filters, applied per column.

Clear every filter in the affected column and add them back one at a time until the tokens disappear; that filter is the one hiding them. Pulse has filter import and export, so save a set once it works. If a column shows nothing with every filter cleared, that is a loading problem. What an Axiom outage looks like: 28 August 2025

The one outage documented in the press shows how incidents tend to play out. On 28 August 2025, for about three and a half hours, Axiom users could not sell pump.fun tokens after pump.fun shipped an API change, as reported by Protos. Axiom's admins posted in Discord that pump.fun had pushed a breaking change without notifying trading bots and that a patch was under way; the fallback was to sell on pump.fun directly, and hundreds of refund tickets followed.

The lessons: Discord is where Axiom spoke first; traders who had exported their seed phrase could sell elsewhere while Axiom was broken, and those who had not were stuck; and a fault at a launchpad Axiom routes into can stop one action while everything else keeps working.

Fake "support" that offers to fix the error

Every error on this page is used as bait. Post "Axiom Trade not working" publicly and within minutes a "support agent" will offer a fix that needs your seed phrase to "resync the wallet", a wallet connection on a "verification" site, a screen share, or an extension to install.
