Axiom Trade Discord, X and the other official links

The Axiom Trade Discord, the X account and the website are the three places Axiom actually speaks, and everything else carrying the name needs checking. Because an Axiom account controls a real on-chain wallet, fake channels are a standard way to drain one. This page lists every channel we could confirm as official, with the exact address, then the channels that do not exist officially and the named impersonators, and ends with a four-step check for any new link. One thing first: this site is published by SixProsper and is not an Axiom property; the official channels are the ones listed below.

Which Axiom Trade links are official?

Six channels are confirmed: the website, the docs, the X account, the Discord server, a LinkedIn company page and a support email address. Each runs on Axiom's own domain, is named in Axiom's docs, or is listed on Axiom's Y Combinator page.

Note the two different domains. The website is axiom.trade. The email address ends in axiom.trading, and we could not confirm any official website there, so treat it as an inbox, not a place to sign in. Is there an official Axiom Trade Discord?

Yes: discord.gg/axiomtrade, and it is the only documented support channel. Axiom's support page says help comes through a ticket: join the server, complete verification, open the tickets channel and describe the problem there.

Three rules from the same docs matter more than the invite link. Staff never send the first direct message. The docs advise disabling DMs from server members, because impersonators copy staff names and avatars and reply privately to public posts. And nobody from Axiom will ask for a seed phrase, a private key or a "wallet sync" to resolve a ticket. Our Axiom Trade help page walks through the ticket flow.

The Discord also serves as the outage channel. During the pump.fun incident on 28 August 2025, when Axiom users could not sell pump.fun tokens for about three and a half hours, Axiom admins posted the explanation and patch status in Discord, as Protos reported. Axiom has no official status page; the StatusGator and IsDown "Axiom" pages track axiom.co, a different company. Axiom Trade on X, LinkedIn and by email

The Axiom Trade X account is @AxiomExchange; people still search for it as the Axiom Trade Twitter. It is the handle Axiom's Y Combinator page lists and the one to check for announcements. We could not confirm any separate "Axiom Trade" or "Axiom Pro" account; those names belong to the domain and to a DefiLlama label, not to official social accounts.

LinkedIn is at linkedin.com/company/joinaxiom, shown as "Axiom (YC W25)" with an Austin, Texas address. It is useful for seeing who works there and for job listings, not for support.

The support email, support@axiom.trading, appears on the Privacy Policy and the Contact page. The Contact page routes support to the docs and Discord, security reports to email, and "Email Founders" for investor relations to the same address; privacy requests also go there. The ticket queue, not email, is the documented route for trading and account problems.

Which Axiom channels do not exist officially?

No official Telegram group, Telegram bot, Instagram account or TikTok account was found, and the YouTube presence could not be verified. We checked the homepage, the docs index, the changelog, the YC page and the LinkedIn page; none of them links to any of these.

• Telegram. Telegram appears in Axiom's material only as a destination for price alerts, added in August 2025. There is no official group, channel or trading bot. Any "Axiom bot" on Telegram is third-party, which is why we keep a separate page on sniper bot.
• YouTube. Two candidate channels exist, named "AXIOM" and "Axiom Trade". Neither is linked from any official source and we could not read either, so both are unverified. Tutorials are fine to watch; links in video descriptions are not fine to log in through.
• TikTok. The account @axiomexchange uses Axiom's tagline and had about 21,300 followers when checked, but its profile links to a referral address, axiom.trade/@dylanx. That is the signature of an affiliate, so we treat it as unofficial.
• Instagram. Nothing found. The account @axiomtradeinc belongs to an unrelated customs broker in Puerto Rico.

Named impersonators to avoid

These are the fakes named in reports or flagged by trackers. The list cannot be complete, because new ones appear constantly; the verification steps further down matter more than the names.

• Telegram @axiom_trade_pro, a channel trading on the "Pro" name, and the bots @AxiomTradingBot and @axiom_tradebot. All three are unaffiliated, and guide sites describe the bots as scams. A bot that asks for a SOL deposit to "activate" trading is collecting the deposit.
• auth-axiom.trade, a look-alike domain flagged by phishing trackers. The real site has nothing before "axiom.trade"; an extra word, hyphen or different ending means it is not Axiom.
• Fake "Axiom" mobile apps. Community investigators counted 207 victims and more than $147,000 lost to one fake app over five months. No official app exists; see Axiom Trade app download without an APK.
• The "Axiom bookmark" drainer, a bookmarklet campaign spread on X in late December 2025 that runs code inside your logged-in session when clicked.
• Browser extensions such as J7Tracker, VREO, Orbit Tracker, GhostApe and GhostApe Color, which Socket reported in September 2026 for stealing Axiom session data; see the Axiom Trade extension page.

How to verify any new Axiom channel in four steps

A channel is official only if it passes all four checks. One pass is not enough, because impersonators are good at faking a single signal, such as a borrowed logo.

1. Find it from the source. Open axiom.trade or docs.axiom.trade yourself and look for a link to the channel; Axiom's YC company page is the other reference list. If no official page links to it, treat it as unofficial until one does.
2. Look for the cross-post. A real new channel gets announced on @AxiomExchange, the one confirmed social account. Search that account's posts; do not rely on a screenshot someone sends you.
3. Check who spoke first. Official support is ticket-only and staff never DM first. A channel, account or "admin" that reached out to you fails this step automatically.
4. Check what it asks for. No official channel asks for a seed phrase, a private key, a deposit to "verify" or "activate", or a wallet connection to claim rewards. One such request ends the check.

Is axiomtradeapp.com an official Axiom site?

No. axiomtradeapp.com is a guide to Axiom Trade published by SixProsper, and it earns a referral commission when readers sign up through its links. It has no login form, no wallet connection, no support desk and no access to any account. If a page that looks like this one asks you to connect a wallet or enter a code, it is not this site. The only official website is https://axiom.trade.
