Axiom portfolio and PnL tracker, explained

Short answer

The Axiom PnL tracker lives in the Portfolio area: separate spot and perps portfolios, a PnL calendar and custom PnL cards. Fees have been included in PnL since 3 June 2025, and Portfolio V2 shipped on 28 August 2026, per Axiom's changelog. Realized PnL is locked in by a sale. Unrealized PnL is only an estimate until you sell.

The Axiom PnL tracker is the part of the platform that tells you whether your trading is making or losing money. It sits in the Portfolio area and covers spot and perpetuals separately, with a calendar view and shareable PnL cards. This guide explains what each part shows, what the numbers leave out, why a PnL card on X is weak evidence, and how to turn your history into a trading journal.

What does the Axiom PnL tracker show?

It shows profit and loss for your account across four documented parts: a spot portfolio, a perps portfolio, a PnL calendar and custom PnL cards. These appear in Axiom's in-app changelog, along with two dated changes: fees included in PnL from 3 June 2025, and Portfolio V2 on 28 August 2026.

The changelog names Portfolio V2 without a full list of what changed, and the official docs have no dedicated portfolio page that we could find. So this guide describes the parts and how to read them, not every button. The live app is the reference for layout.

Parts of the Axiom portfolio and what each is for
PartWhat it coversUse it to
Spot portfolioToken trades made from your Axiom walletsSee holdings and results on memecoin and other spot trades
Perps portfolioHyperliquid perpetuals, kept separate from spotReview leveraged positions, open orders and history
PnL calendarProfit and loss arranged by dateFind your good and bad days and what you did on them
PnL cardsCustom images of a resultShare a trade, if you accept what it reveals

PnL also shows up outside the Portfolio area. The Axiom instant trade has a PnL display beside the chart, and Axiom Pulse filters has a PnL display of its own.

Why are the spot and perps portfolios separate?

Because they are different products on different rails. Spot trades are token swaps from your Axiom Trade wallet. Perpetuals run on Hyperliquid with USDC margin and up to 50x leverage, and the perps screen has its own positions, open orders and history tabs.

The practical effect is that no single headline number covers both unless the app shows one, so add the two yourself when you judge a month. A good spot week can hide a leveraged loss, and the reverse. Our Axiom Hyperliquid guide covers how the perps side works and what it costs.

What is the difference between realized and unrealized PnL?

Realized PnL is the result of trades you have closed. Unrealized PnL is the paper result on positions you still hold, valued at the latest price. Only the first is money you have.

This matters more for memecoins than for large assets. The latest price of a thinly traded token is not the price you would get for your whole position: selling moves the price against you, slippage applies, and liquidity can disappear. An unrealized gain on a small token is an estimate that often shrinks when you try to collect it.

Dates in the highlight come from Axiom's in-app changelog; the realized and unrealized definitions are standard accounting terms.

When you review a period, read realized PnL first. Then look at what is still open and ask what it would fetch if sold now, not what the screen says it is worth.

Does Axiom PnL include fees?

Yes, since 3 June 2025 according to Axiom's changelog. Before that date a PnL figure could look better than the money that reached your wallet.

The changelog entry does not list which costs are counted. Axiom's trading fee is 1% before cashback, and Solana trades also carry a priority fee and a bribe, both 0.001 SOL by default. We cannot confirm whether those network costs are inside the PnL figure. To check, take one closed trade, find its buy and sell transactions on a block explorer, and compare the wallet's balance change with the PnL shown. The Axiom Pro fees breakdown lists every cost to look for.

Good to know. Cashback and referral earnings are paid separately from trades. We could not confirm whether the portfolio counts them, so treat PnL as the result of your trades alone.

How do the Axiom PnL calendar and PnL cards work?

The PnL calendar arranges your results by date, and PnL cards turn a result into an image you can share. Both are listed in the changelog. Neither has a step-by-step page in the docs we reviewed, so find the options in the Portfolio area of the app.

The calendar is the more useful of the two for improving. Losing days that cluster after a big win, or at certain hours, show a pattern that a single total hides.

A card is for display. Before you post one, consider what it gives away: the token, the entry and exit, and often the size of your position. Anyone who can link the card to a wallet address can follow that wallet, which is exactly what the Axiom follow wallet feature is built to do.

Are PnL card screenshots on X evidence of profit?

No. A PnL card screenshot shows that an image exists, not that a trader is profitable. There are four reasons to discount them:

  • Images can be edited. A card is a picture, and pictures are easy to alter or fabricate.
  • Selection. People post wins. The losing trades from the same week are not shown.
  • One wallet of many. Axiom allows up to 25 active wallets per account. A card from the winning wallet says nothing about the others.
  • Unrealized gains. A card can show a large gain on a position that was never sold, or could not be sold at that price.

Watch out. PnL cards are a common sales tool for paid groups, copy-trading offers and token promotion. If a card comes with a request to join, pay, or buy a token, treat it as an advertisement. A public wallet address with its full on-chain history is better evidence, and even a strong history does not predict the next trade.

How can you use Axiom trade history as a trading journal?

Use the history for the facts and add your reasons yourself. The portfolio records what you bought, when and with what result. It cannot record why you entered or what your plan was, and that is the part a journal needs.

  1. Pick a fixed review time. Weekly works for most people. Open the PnL calendar and list the best and worst days.
  2. Open the trades behind those days. Note the token, entry, exit and result from your Axiom trade history.
  3. Write the reason and the plan. Where did the idea come from, and did you follow your own exit rule?
  4. Tag the mistakes. Chasing, oversizing, a wrong preset, no exit plan. Count the tags at month end.
  5. Change one thing. For example, prepare exits in advance using Axiom take profit if late exits keep appearing.

We found no documented export feature for trade history, so keep the journal in your own spreadsheet or notebook. If you use several wallets, review each one, because a single wallet's view is as partial as a PnL card. For other tracking features, see the Axiom portfolio tracker.

Questions people ask

Does Axiom have a PnL tracker?

Yes. Axiom's Portfolio area shows profit and loss for your account, with separate portfolios for spot and perps, a PnL calendar and custom PnL cards. PnL also appears on the Instant Trade panel and on Pulse. The tracker is part of the platform and has no extra charge that we could find.

Does Axiom PnL include fees?

Axiom's changelog says fees are included in PnL since 3 June 2025. The changelog entry does not spell out which costs are counted, so we cannot confirm whether network costs such as priority fees and bribes are in the figure. To check, compare one closed trade in your portfolio with its transactions on a block explorer.

What is the Axiom PnL calendar?

It is a calendar view of your profit and loss in the Portfolio area, listed in Axiom's changelog. A calendar view lets you see which dates were winning or losing ones, which is useful for spotting habits such as overtrading after a loss. Axiom's docs do not describe its options in detail, so check the live app for the ranges on offer.

How do you make an Axiom PnL card?

Axiom supports custom PnL cards, which are shareable images of a result. The exact steps are not described in the official docs we reviewed, so look for the share or card option next to a position or in the Portfolio area. Remember that a card can reveal the token, the timing and the size of your trade to anyone who sees it.

Can you export Axiom trade history?

We found no documented export or download feature for Axiom trade history, so treat it as unconfirmed and check the Portfolio area in the app. Your trades are also on-chain, so a block explorer shows every transaction for your wallet address. For tax records, keep your own log and ask a qualified adviser what your country requires.

Are PnL card screenshots on X proof of profit?

No. A screenshot is an image and can be edited, it shows one trade or one wallet chosen by the poster, and it may show unrealized gains that were never sold. Axiom allows up to 25 active wallets per account, so one winning wallet says nothing about the rest. On-chain wallet history is better evidence than any card.
